Who we are

What data we process
- Contact via WhatsApp or email. When you message us (including through the form, which opens your message in WhatsApp), we receive your name, phone number or email address and the content of your message. We only use this to answer your question and prepare a quote.
- Payments. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and others) are processed by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Clients in Suriname can also pay by bank transfer or in cash; for that we only keep what's needed for our accounting.
- Visitor statistics. Only if you give consent do we collect anonymous statistics about how the site is used (see cookies below).
The form on our site doesn't store anything itself: nothing is sent to our server. Your message only reaches us once you send it in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy also applies to that.
How long we keep data
We keep contact details and messages for as long as needed for our contact or to carry out a project, and no longer than legally required afterwards.
Cookies
On your first visit we ask for consent. Until you make a choice, we set no tracking or analytics cookies and load no third-party scripts. Declining does not affect your use of the site.

This website runs entirely over a secure HTTPS connection. We don't share your data with third parties, except where needed for the services listed above.
